Matt Palmer’s Millennium Eagle Jazz Band

The Midlands’ based Millennium Eagle Jazz Band emerged as a
direct result of the demise of the very popular Eagle Jazzband in 2005.
Matt Palmer had recently folded his Millennium Jazz Band in order to
join the Eagles, so it was thought appropriate to include Millennium in
the name of this new venture. The band sports a healthy combination
of youth and collective experience amassed by the current line-up. Their
wide repertoire is drawn from popular songs from the 1920's, 30's, and 40's |

The Dee Side Dixies (formed in 2001) is a traditional jazz band
with banjo and string bass. Our main aim when playing is
generating enjoyment both yours and ours. We do this through
our music and the occasional drink !
